The traditional ER chuck is easy to be locked in the bar when it is installed, and cannot be removed. The eccentric nut is removed together with the chuck and tool when the nut is removed. It nicely solves that problem.

1.Remove the nut and insert the collet eccentrically 
2.Insert the tool 
3.Tighten the nut 
4.Pull out the part 
5.Eccentrically remove the collet
